Treatments

Treatments times will be allocated at the time of booking. These times are approximate and whilst we make every effort to honour these, we do reserve the right to change or amend the times without prior knowledge or consent.

Please be aware that if you arrive late or miss your spa appointment this may result in your treatment time being shortened. The full amount will still be charged.

All treatment times include a consultation and dressing time. All treatments can be performed on anyone over the age of 16. Our spa area is open from 09:00 until 17:00 every day.

Cancellation Policy

Should you wish to cancel your booking, we request confirmation no later than 48 hours before your arrival. Cancellations received after this time will incur a non-arrival charge. The full amount of your treatment or spa day will be charged directly to the credit card number used to guarantee the reservation. A card number will need to be provided when booking your spa treatment or day to secure your booking.

Medical conditions

Please advise us of any medical conditions, concerns or medication prior to arrival – this may affect the treatment you have chosen; our therapists will be able to advise you on this.

Vouchers

Please present any vouchers on arrival at the spa reception desk. Vouchers that have exceeded the expiry date will not be accepted. Any vouchers purchased/received from a third party please make sure they have been activated them with the company direct.

Spa Etiquette

We ask that all guests are mindful of others. Mobile phones should be turned on silent. Please respect the quiet zones. Towels and robes will be removed from loungers if guests are not using them. Overindulging in alcohol may result in your treatments being disallowed. The spa area is a tranquil place - loud and aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave this area.

Dietary requirements

All spa guests will need to confirm dietary requirements at least 24 hours prior to arrival for Afternoon Tea. Notifying us on the day may result in us not being able to accommodate changes required. Please be aware that we only allow food and beverages purchased at the hotel to be consumed in public areas, not adhering to this may result in additional charges.
